Id say r2d2 because C3PO was always smarter than R2 and R2 would never listen to him and also i think that C3PO is always more historic than all droids in the movies becuase if you read the Rise and Fall of Darth Vader book you read about how Anikan found C3PO's mysteriously broken body on tatoonie so we dont know anything about C3PO before Anikan rebuilt him becuase when Anikan found him he had the same amount of battle damage on his parts just like when luke found them in IV
