Sabi pulled her shoulder length brown hair up into a tight ponytail, her hair looked slightly choppy but that was the way she liked it. She wore her traditional Jedi clothes, but not her robe. Her lightsaber hung at her hip, swaying back and forth as she hurried her steps. She was late for her training with Leinna, her best friend, who was also a Jedi knight. And she was younger, how did that happen!. It angered Sabi and at times made her jealous, but she always tried her best to push those thoughts away.
As she turned the corner of the many halls through out the vast Jedi temple she collided with another person, oh please don’t let it be a knight or master, she prayed. Sabi hit the ground hard and her lightsaber rolled away from her, she groaned in pain and reached for her lightsaber, when she strapped it back on she pushed herself up from the hard cold floor. “I’m sorry I was in a hurry and didn’t watch where I was heading” she apologize before her large vibrant brown eyes flickered up to whoever she had hit.

Obi-Wan walked along just one of the many halls of the Jedi Temple. Excitement was lurking within Obi-Wan, but he did not express it. He was just on his way to visit his master Qui-Gon Jin, who he looked up to. Qui-Gon had always been there for Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan had always looked up to Qui-Gon,aswell as master Yoda, since he was a youngling. And Qui-Gon had seen something great inside Obi-Wan, for that is why he had chosen him as his padawan.
Obi-Wan was nearly at the end of the hall. Excited about his new mission he had received. To co-operate with Qui-Gon and free the Wookie planet Alaris Prime from the greedy hands of the Trade Federation. The Federation had been getting up to no good lately. Targeting and threatening planets. And manufacturing more battle droids than usual.
As Obi-Wan had turned around the corner he collided with another Jedi. Obi-Wan fell fell onto the ground, quickly leaping back up, and looking down to the ground where the person he bumped into had fallen, it was another female Jedi padawan. Obi-Wan force pulled his light saber back into his hand, and stored it into his robes.
"I’m sorry I was in a hurry and didn’t watch where I was heading"
"Not at all. It is I who is sorry." Obi-Wan apologized, offering his hand out to help her up. "I guess we both have made the same mistake the." He said smiling.

Sabi took the Jedi’s hand tightly. When she was up and looked to him her mouth opened slightly, he was very handsome, a light pink rose to Sabi’s high cheeks. Her eyes directed downwards to her boots, she scoffed at the floor, wait she wasn’t a giggling child!. Forcing her head back up she listened to the padawan apologize. “Yes we do…” she let her voice trail off, her brown eyes staring into his beautiful blue ones, when she realized she was staring she looked away “my name is Sabi” she said regaining her emotions before looking back to him.
“I’m a Padawan like you” she said before gesturing a hand in his direction, ummm do you mind showing me where the training area on the floor is, I’ve only trained on the third level one not the forth” she said, slightly embarrassed. She offered him a smile, plus she couldn’t really contain it either, his presence made her feel content in a strange way. She had to tell Leinna everything.
Sabi’s brown eyes looked over his shoulder “unless your in a rush which I sense you are, I can find it myself” she said before sidestepping and brushing past him, at a slow pace, her eyes darted in every direction, alright maybe she did need help. But she also didn’t want to trouble him.

Obi-Wan felt the Jedi hold his hand tightly, while he helped her get up from the floor. Obi-Wan gazed at her lovely face, and the a slight pause at her beautiful charming brown eyes. Obi-Wan of course hid him emotions from her. He could show his emotions. It was the Jedi way. And Obi-Wan could see that Sabi was also trying to hide them. When Sabi turned away and looked back at Obi-Wan she introduced herself with her name and rank.
Obi-Wan smiled as she finished. "Very pleased to meet you Sabi, allow me to introduce myself. I am Obi-Wan Kenobi, and yes it does seem we are both padawan learners." Obi-Wan introduced, in his charming voice. When Sabi asked where the training area was. Obi-Wan knew exactly where it was. However Obi-Wan was sent to Qui-Gon Jin to inform him of the mission immediately. Obi-Wan began to hesitate. He turned his hesitation into a replying smile at Sabi. Obi-Wan had begun to feel emotion for her. Which was against his jedi teachings.
As Sabi began to depart, Obi-Wan made up his mind. He walked back to the direction in which he came from, to catch up with Sabi. "Wait." He said as he caught up. "I would be more than happy to lead the way to the training grounds" Obi-Wan told her while smiling.

Sabi listened to him introduced himself, he had a very nice calming voice, but emotions were forbidden, that was the only thing that bothered Sabi deeply. Jedi’s should have been allowed to have a family, love, but then again it would make it all that harder to be a Jedi. When Sabi started to walk off she heard him hurry behind her turning a smile lit up her face “really!” she was glad but she hoped she wasn’t keeping him from something important.
Sabi stood beside Obi Wan “I hope I’m not keeping you from anything” as she started to walk, Leinna better be in the training area when she arrived there or there would be serious consequences. Sabi looked to Obi Wan again as she spoke “because if I’ am I’d hate to get you into problems” she added, her brown eyes set on him. He was so handsome, but like she remembered earlier emotions were forbidden, but then again Leinna had expressed to Sabi that she felt of a certain Jedi Master, a master of all people. His name was Qui-Gon Jinn, and it worried Sabi what if he found out and reported to the council, her friend would be banished!.
But those thoughts were for her and Leinna. Sabi pushed those thoughts to the back of her mind and focused on the now.

[problems I’m not keeping you from anything."[/i]
Obi-Wan paused again, he was assigned to meet master Qui-Gon. Not to show other Jedi padawans the Way to the training grounds.
“because if I’ am I’d hate to get you into problems”
Again he thought about his assignment. But was it important to also help a fellow Jedi in need? It was true. Obi-Wan looked back at Sabi, again catching a glimpse of her beautiful brown eyes, before looking at the floor. He had to show no emotion.
"It's not a problem at all." Obi-Wan lied. " I don't have much to do right now but just see master Gui-Gon. However I have the whole day to go and see him." Obi-Wan added. "The training ground is just at the end of this hall." Obi-Wan said, as he pointed down the hall. He began to slowly, step down the hall leading the way for Sabi.

Sabi’s eyes widened slightly when she heard that Obi Wan’s master was Qui-Gon the very master Leinna had feelings for. She also caught Obi Wan catching her glance and looking away, she smiled lightly at the action. As they walked Sabi looked straight to where Obi Wan had pointed, “oh thank you” she said.
Expecting him to turn and hurry off to Qui-Gon, but instead Sabi found herself still beside Obi Wan as he led the way, walking slightly behind him Sabi looked him over. Not to tall, not to skinny, and his hair was a very nice color of brown, well as she looked closer she realized it was a reddish brown. Which to her added to his handsomeness, no, that wasn’t allowed.
Sabi squinted her eyes to get a better look down the hallway “I hope my friend is there otherwise you helping me would be all for nothing” she said before giving a quick chuckle. Laughing helped in a place like this, a Jedi temple where almost none to no emotions was shown.

Obi-Wan slowed his pace down, allowing Sabi to catch up.
“I hope my friend is there otherwise you helping me would be all for nothing"
When Sabi chuckled. Obi-Wan replied with a humorous smile. Now there was an emotion that the Jedi could show. Humor, although it seemed slightly pointless to Obi-Wan. He enjoyed it now and again. Perhaps it was important to show, as someone who does not show humor did seem to be connected with the darkside.
Obi-Wan slid his hands into his opposite sleeves of his Dark brown coat."I'm sure your friend will be there." He replied with his smile he always pulled. Aswell as hoping that her friend was there. If she was not, it would mean that Obi-Wan was really disobeying the council.
When they reached the end of the hall. Obi-Wan opened the door and held it against the wall. It was a very large room. With some steps leading down from the doors, Obi-Wan and Sabi were at, and a shiny metal rock on the floor, the walls dark blue. Around the side of the room were pillars, supporting the balconies on the fifth level. Acouple of other Jedies were also there. Training their skills in the force and with their light saber skills. "It's right here." Obi-Wan said, holding the door open for Sabi to pass through.

Sabi couldn’t help but smile when Obi Wan did, his smile was very nice. She looked forward as they reached the training room; she gave him a slight nod as she saw he held the door open for her, how nice of him. When inside Sabi scanned the room, ho no, there was no sight of Lienna anywhere!. Sabi’s eyes narrowed and she turned to Obi Wan “she’s not here!” she said walking past him and out into the hall. When outside in the hall they had just walked through Sabi rested her back against the wall.
Folding her arms across her chest, sometime Lienna made her so angry, but Sabi knew not to let anger get the better of her, anger and fear was what welcomed the dark side in a Jedi. Sabi was taught that from the moment she stepped into the temple as a small girl. Her brown eyes flickered to Obi Wan “I’m sorry now you are in deep problems…I didn’t mean to cause you so much trouble” she said keeping her back to the wall. Although she tried her best not to show it Sabi was angry, angry at the fact she had told Lienna she wanted to train two days prior to today.
Sabi took in a deep breath and pushed herself from the wall. “I guess this is where we go are ways, I guess I’ll go and…I don’t know” she said giving a small laugh covering her embarrassment. She had nothing to do, that frustrated her, but she had got this charming padawan in trouble with his master and the council. But if they had a problem with him, Sabi would defend him, after all he had helped her in finding the training room.

Obi-Wan and Sabi walked out the training room. Failing to locate Lienna. Obi-Wan began to grow worried. Where had the time gone? Sabi was leaning against the wall, hiding her anger from Obi-Wan. When she apologized. Obi-Wan nodded. "Don't worry. It will be ok. Like I said Iv'e got the whole day ahead of me" Obi-Wan lied in a humorous tone. Obi-Wan did want to go and carry on his simple mission. But he could not just leave Sabi here, alone.
After a deep breath Sabi spoke again. “I guess this is where we go are ways, I guess I’ll go and…I don’t know” Obi-Wan had felt slight sorrow within him. Then suddenly the idea came to him. "It may well be. Or you could come with me to see my master Qui-Gon. Im sure he will be able to sense your friend." Obi-Wan suggested. Hoping that Sabi would come along with him. There was a feeling in Obi-Wan, indicating that he did not want to part with Sabi yet.

Sabi smiled faintly at Obi Wan’s attempt to cheer her up. She was so angry with Lienna. Sabi looked up to Obi Wan when he spoke again. See his master!, Sabi thought it over in her mind would that be a good idea. Well Obi Wan did have to see him eventually during the day, and Sabi did want to find out where her friend was, mostly to vent about how angry she was at her for not being in the training room. She had better have the best excuse in the galaxy!.
When Sabi thought the idea over she gave a bright smile “oh thank you so much!” she said happily before uncrossing her arms and wrapping them around Obi Wan’s neck, hugging him tightly, and feeling the warmth of him. Sabi then realized what she had just did, not a wise choice, she quickly let go of the padawan and raised her arms to tighten her ponytail. “I’m so sorry I apologize that was unneeded” she said again embarrassed by her actions.
Sabi turned away and started to walk at a slow pace, mentally scolding herself for what had happened, embracing was defiantly a no at the Jedi temple, and within the Jedi religion. She cleared her throat and kept walking before realizing Obi Wan needed to catch up, she looked over her shoulder giving a chuckle “I guess you should lead as I have no clue where your master’s quarters are” she said before smiling towards him.

Obi-Wan soon realized what was going on. Sabi had wrapped her arms around Obi-Wans neck and hugged him. Obi-Wan knew that this was showing great emotion. He began to ponder weather he should tell Sabi what she was doing. But it was best not to spoil the moment. And Obi-Wan enjoyed the feeling. Besides it was only one hug, any person would do. As Sabi had hugged him his feeling began to tingle.
Suddenly Sabi had let go, apologizing and began to walk off down the hall. Obi-Wan followed, trying to catch up and picking up the pace.
"I guess you should lead as I have no clue where your master’s quarters are” Sabi said as Obi-Wan caught up. Obi-Wan returned the smile. "Right you are." Obi-Wan answered. He walked just slightly faster than Sabi. Leading the way, and at the same time wanting to be close to her. Obi-Wan suddenly became speechless. He couldn't think of anything to say. Perhaps bringing up a conversation was the best idea. And thats what Obi-Wan did do. "So I believe you have heard of Qui-Gon then? He is a great person. I simply would not be here without him." Obi-Wan told Sabi.

Sabi felt Obi Wan hesitate from talking as they walked, did he go silent because she had hugged him?. She hoped not, Sabi looked to Obi Wan as he spoke highly of his master “yes I have…” she let her voice trail off as she almost told him of her friend’s infatuation with Obi Wan’s master. She decided not too, that wouldn’t have been a smart idea.
As they walked Sabi noticed he sped his pacing a little quicker, she hurried her pace to be able to walk beside him, even though she had just met the young padawan like herself she had to admit she was feeling a presence when around him, and a good feeling at that. But she wasn’t allowed to show any emotions, Sabi prayed Obi Wan didn’t tell anyone she had hugged him, besides it was only a hug expressing a thank you.
Sabi nodded “well it’s a good thing he is here, otherwise I would have never met you Obi Wan” she said smiling to him “my master I’m afraid isn’t as well known as yours, but that’s fine with me and him” she said smirking, her master wasn’t too well known, but he did his job at training her right. He was like a father-figure to her, since Sabi couldn’t really remember her family that well before the Jedi temple.

Obi-Wan began to feel relieved, that they were now going to meet Qui-Gon. Obi-Wan did not know how late he was, but his worries would pass. He had to face his fears. They were now turning round the corner where they had first bumped into each other.
“well it’s a good thing he is here, otherwise I would have never met you Obi Wan”
Sabi had smiled at Obi-Wan. And Obi-Wan smiled back.Sabi went on to bring up her master. " Well its not how famous they are, that makes them important. But what and how they do, that is important." Obi-Wan said grinning. Thinking that he may be telling Sabi the wrong thing. He was not a teacher. He was in the exact same rank as she was. A padawan learner.

Sabi listened to what Obi Wan had to say, he did have a point “you do have a point to that Obi Wan, very wise” she said smiling to him. Turning the corner she smirked ‘maybe one day you’ll be a Jedi Master yourself” she said playfully nudging him. Sabi was excited to meet Obi Wan’s master, but also a little nervous.
She had heard all these great things about him, yet had never meet the man, well know all those great things and stories would be answered soon. Sabi gave a sigh and hoped for the best to come out of this little visit, and hoped Qui-Gon could find Leinna, or Sabi would and it wouldn’t be pleasant for her friend when she did.
