After Order 66 effected Dantooine by diminishing its Jedi Enclave and government Qui-Gon was on the run, even from his peaceful homeworld. Order 66 also was the reason he lost his SoroSuub fighter on Coruscant. He retained his old ship from the Naboo Queen. An N-1 naboo starfighter, the first ship he ever flew as a Jedi...
He had just come out of hyperspace into the forested Endor system, when out of the corner of his eyes he saw a Victory star destroyer. Six tie fighters deployed and Qui-Gon made evasive manuevers. He dropped a seismic charge, and the explosion destroyed two unlucky pilots. The other four continued pursuit, green streaks of light engulfed around his fighter. "T3-N9, set up the navi-...", the utility, and astromech droid instantly blew apart. He made quick work of the four fighters but not without taking high damage. Qui-Gon decided to land on Endor's forest moon, hoping to take hide.
He knew the imperials would not give up on a jedi this easy...

Logray hopped down through the brush holding his ritualistic spine staff. Their was a clearing, and he drew a circle with his staff, and sat in it. He was odd. He spent most of his day trying to teach Wicket to summon the powers of Father Tree. Wicket would never cut as a Shaman. When Logray sat up he carved hierogliphics down and predicted the fall of a meteorite.
In that instance a sharp sound drove through his ears as he saw a plummeting fireball, which was actually Qui-Gons ship...

The bridge of the star destroyer Final Triumph was alive with activity as Renz entered from the turbolift and made his way up to the command chair. Technicians and flight coordinators scrambled over each other like a hive of insectoids, trying desperately to coordinate their efforts with the sensors officers. The ship's commander was barking orders at the crew, but stopped at Renz's approach.
"Commander, what's going on? No one's been able to give me a straight answer."
"Lt. Renz, we think we've found him."
"And that's what everyone told me. Who have you found?"
"An N-1 starfighter has been spotted in this sector. We believe it belongs to the infamous Jedi Qui-Gon Jinn. We're to apprehend him immediately. When we sent TIEs after him he retreated to the moon below. We need you to lead a ground squad to capture him, killing him only if necessary."
"Immediately, commander."
Renz turned and descended the turbolift, focusing on the task ahead. He had never encountered a Jedi before, but he had heard they were powerful. Nonetheless, one Jedi could hardly be a match for twelve stormtroopers. The squad answered Renz's call and assembled in the hangar, then boarded their Lambda shuttle. The tiny shuttle plunged toward the planet, carrying its precious cargo of men loyal to the Emprie. The ship made its way through the trees and carefully landed a little ways from the Jedi's predicted trajectory and dispensed its white-armored troops, who secured the area for Renz. At last the officer himself descended the boarding ramp and looked around, surveying the area.
"What a dreadful little backwater. Yet so well hidden, it'd almost be worth using for one of our Emperor's projects. Well, squad, let's find this Jedi. Spread out, but go in pairs and don't get too far from the rest of us. If you find anything, contact me over the comm. Now move out!"
Drawing his pistol, Renz joined his troops in the search for their target. Even in the forests of this moon the Jedi couldn't hide forever... unless he had help...

[[plz announce if i can god mod followers or not ]] Qui-Gon landing was painful and a piece of large impact shrapnel dashed down his leg, he would have trouble moving quick and covering his trail of warm blood. The thingypit rose open and Qui-Gon crawled out, he examined the reckage and realized his ship would be still flyable after a few repairs. He began to repair his ship until he saw the shuttle land nearby, as he ran he hoped that they would preserve his ship. He turned back to see white figured combing the area, one averted their gaze from a piece of steel to the direction of Qui-Gon, who jumped back and into the nearby bush. Did they see him...it was all irrelevant when a bloodcurdling crack drove against his skull. It felt like a staff, and it put him in a temporary daze..

Logray span around flailing his stick at the site of this "meteorite". He then heard movement, someone in the bush. He saw him and "SMACK!", the man looked at Logray confused and dazed, obviously surprised this ewok's staff smacked him in back of the head. "Ekkeri-akairi, fillissin-follas. Kivi a-kavi, nakalas! Nakalas! Ukair-an ... jan, jan, jan ...!", the Ewok shrieked as he continualy attempted to strike the man over the head.
Logray had predicted the arrival of strange species just two nights earlier, and he just had to show the others!

(( yes, you can kill the poor stormies. but what did they ever do to you?)) "Sir, we've found the Jedi's vessel!""Excellent, hold the position. We'll arrive shortly."Renz gathered the rest of the squad and headed over to the indicated position. It was an N-1 alright, and not badly damaged, either. But where was the Jedi it was supposed to contain? RO-407 pointed to a small red trail on the forest floor: blood. The Jedi couldn't hide from them while bleeding. It'd make finding him easy. "Good work, 407. Follow the trail, squad, but slowly. I don't want to be ambushed."The stormtroopers made their way along the rivulet of blood. Though there were a few gaps in it it always picked up again, until it stopped at the base of a large tree. The troopers were stumped. The Jedi must have found a way to cover his wound. Fortunately for them a howling in some primitive tongue came from nearby, and Renz gave the order to surround the tree from which it seemed to be issuing. Even if there was no Jedi behind it one of the locals might have seen him. With the troopers in a large circle, their guns (now set on stun) facing their target, Renz spoke up. "Freeze! Come out with your hands in the air immediately or we'll open fire."

Ackbar sat on the bridge of his flagship, Home One. Suddenly a encoded signal was captured by the ship's sensors. "Get to work on that code. Thankfully its in our most recent Rebel code. The Empire will have quite a time picking up that signal, let alone decoding it." Ackbar said as he waited for the transmission to be decoded.
After a few minutes the decoding was complete. "Admiral. The code came from a moon of Endor. It was from an old N-1 starfighter under the control of Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn."
"Very good." Ackbar said, "Prepare for the jump to hyperspace. Set coordinates to the moon of Endor." After a few switches and buttons were flipped, pulled, and pressed the ship was ready for the jump. "Hyperspace Jump commencing in 5...4...3...2...1... JUMP!" Ackbar's voice echoed around the whole ship.

Qui-Gon quickly came back to his senses. He saw through the tree and saw a brigade of troops, was it really worth it to fight back. No, Qui-Gon didn't care about his well-being any longer, but he feared for the lives of the planet's inhabitants. He didn't know how to speak Ewok, but he knew ancient english and it's possible the Ewoks may be capable of deciphering it. He turned to Logray, "Fi uoy erac tuoba ruoy elpoep, neht teg pleh, i lliw yub emit" (If you care about your people, then get help, i will buy time). Qui-Gon handed the ewok his lightsaber and smiled, a sad smile.
Qui-Gon got up and walked out of the surrounding brush. 12 stormtroopers and an officer. "I surrender", he exhaled and knelt down.

Logray watched the strange man walk away. He spoke in an unknown tongue to Logray, but Logray was smart enough to see the man wanted help. What was the instrument placed in the shamans hand. A weapon? A decoration? Food?
As Logray stealthly crept away he learnt the painful way that he was holding a weapon. He burnt a few hairs off his arm and then began running to his village. "Anor mek-mek-mek Piiiee!!", he shouted and ewok men jumped from their treehouses armed with stones, spears, and torched.

Renz let his held breath leave his lungs. The Jedi wasn't even going to fight back. One of the stormtroopers removed stun cuffs from his belt and moved forward to apply them to the Jedi. It was all too easy. Yet Renz remembered something he'd always been told by his family: If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. It wasn't until a few seconds later that he realized how important this advice was. Primitive war cries issued from a little ways off. The natives were coming to aid the prisoner.
"Squad, form a circle around the prisoner! He's to come to no harm, we want him to stand trial. There's no telling what these savages will do."
Renz remained reluctantly outside the protective circle his troops had made. As squad leader it was his duty to negotiate with the natives. His hand found his pistol, then left it. He didn't want to appear any more threatening than necessary. While the stormtroopers' armor would protect them from most crude weapons and even glancing blaster bolts, officers were unarmored. Renz wore only his uniform, his underclothes, and a hand-made shirt woven from spidersilk (which was easy to move in and absorbed some of the impact of bludgeoning and projectile weapons). If even primitives made a determined effort to attack him he was in trouble.
He stood in front of his squad, shielding as much of them as possible with his body, and spread his hands in a gesture of non-aggression. If he could handle this situation peacefully, he would. Otherwise, blasters and armor would hopefully make short work of the enemy.

Home One came out of hyperspace behind a powerful Star Destroyer. Admiral Ackbar imediately started shouting orders, "Concentrate all fire power on that Star Destroyer! Send a probe down to that moon and begin searching for Master Jinn!" Soon laser batteries, concussion missles, and proton torpedos began raining down upon the Final Triumph as five small probe droids were fired from the ship down toward the surface of the moon.

The battle cries rang out, and Qui-Gon hoped to the force that this within meeting bloodshed would not come. The Imperials were evil people, but would they be ruthless enough to slaughter the innocent. Qui-Gon knew already they were than evil, when he thought of the jedi. "Renz, these natives don't deserve to die, they will do what they must if they feel their well being is threatened. If you kill one, I will fight back, and If not a will guarantee you with full cooperation in my cature", he told the lieutenant. A jedi's words held many secrets and loopholes, but this was only known to someone who has met one.

Logray and his gang hopped through the brushes and into the clearing where the white men stood. "Itchy aka nora bi`b Ble-go", he said to his friends as they lowered their weapons momentarily. Logray could use his magic to translate languages from himself to the officer. Logray lifted his staff in the air and drew letters of flame that hovered as if on a page. Logray could tell even under the helmets everyone's eyes widened. The flaming letters just hovered in the air. It was ewok language and nearly impossible to read. Logray tapped his staff down twice and the letters reearranged into english. The message states [glow=orange,2,300]"We will make a trade, the bearded man and this lasersword, for your headwear"[/glow], Logray stood pridefully, but oblivous that he made a stupid trade

Renz turned briefly toward the prisoner as he spoke, then nodded.
"Master Jinn, correct me if that is not your proper title, have you ever been to the Imperial Academy on Coruscant? Contrary to popular belief we are encouraged to avoid combat when it can be avoided. We'll not kill these... creatures as long as they don't attack us or you."
Renz looked up in shock as flaming letters appeared in the air. Perhaps their "magic" did have some sort of power. Upon reading them he struggled not to laugh. Once again, everything was going perfectly. He removed his officer's cap and placed it on the ground before the creature in front, then held out his hand for whatever "laser sword" the native was talking about. He'd heard rumors of Jedi using such weapons, and could only assume it belonged to Jinn. Just to make sure he motioned to the troopers to take off their helmets, which they did without a second thought. It was more important to secure the objective than preserve expendable equipment. Most of the troopers were clones, though one or two were "volunteers". When all the helmets had been dropped Renz waited for the Ewok to come through on his part of the bargain.
Meanwhile in the skies above a battle raged. The Final Triumph was hardly expecting a full scale battle. By the time its shields were up its hull had taken significant hits. The autotargeting defenses on Home 1 were more than enough to keep the TIE fighters at bay, and before long the crew was running for the escape pods and landing craft. Moments before he boarded an escape pod the vessel's captain managed to send out a short range transmission. He knew full well that no one but Renz would hear it, but he had to be warned.
"Lt. Renz, the Rebels have ambushed us! The ship is on a crash course with the moon's polar region, and we must abandon it for the surface. Your new objectives are as follows: gather the remaining members of the crew and get us to safety. We'll try and salvage a comm unit from the ship once we're all safe. The Jedi takes secondary priority, as he'll be difficult to contain without a ship. If necessary turn him over to the Rebels in order to secure safe passage. Good luck."
Even as this transmission ended the flaming star destroyer soared overhead, ripped into three pieces. Even from many, many miles away the deafening crash as the vessel smashed into the polar region was audible. Renz was in a state of denial. Clearly all that had been a daydream. The mission would proceed as planned. Unfortunately for him, he was about to be disappointed.

Admiral Ackbar grinned a rather fish-like grinned as those around him cheered with joy. "Well done gentlemen." he said, "Now to rescue Master Jinn. What have the probes found?"
Suddenly a large image appeared on screen. It was live feed of a somewhat damaged N-1 star-craft. "Scans show no life signs aboard the vessel Admiral." the Captain said, "The Empire might have already got to him."
"Very well." Ackbar said. "Prepare a landing craft and a small task-force. I am coming as well." Ackbar said before walking to the armory and grabbing his Incinerator Rifle.
Soon the men and Ackbar had boarded and they were off toward the location of the N-1 craft.
